To make the diverse offerings of the WU Executive Academy more accessible, the Brainiac Chatbot assists users in navigating through the programs. The chatbot enables interactive communication, provides personalized course and program recommendations, and continuously learns from the most frequent inquiries.
The multi-agent concept from surnAI showcases its strengths by creating a user profile during the chat session to cater to individual needs in program selection. This profile can be forwarded to a human advisor at the user’s request, making it possible to set up an efficient follow-up conversation.
The anonymized chat information can be analyzed via a dashboard, allowing “hot topics” or frequently asked questions to be quickly identified and used to improve the service.
The system not only relieves our program advisors but also supports them with user profiles generated from chatbot interactions, provided that users explicitly consent.
