net4com raises efficiency
net4com is a specialist in trading IT and telecommunications hardware, based in Vienna and Sofia. The quotation process for components was the subject of an AI project aimed at increasing efficiency.
The goal: Faster and more accurate quote preparation from email inquiries.
Efficiency Improvement with an Agent Network
Response times for RFQs (Request for Quotes) were several hours. With sunrAI, this value could be drastically reduced on a daily basis! A complete AI-generated response - including an item list, price estimation, stock status, and email draft - is produced in just under 3 minutes.
Quality Improvement
The quality of the responses has also been significantly enhanced. Previously, emails were answered very briefly, but now the AI formulates a complete text that contains all the necessary details.
The Sense of Security
The so-called Certainty Score - a self-assessment by sunrAI - indicates, based on past experience, how confident the AI is in its evaluation. If it is uncertain, it alerts the human users to review the details with extra care. When the experience with the given inquiry is extensive, it expresses confidence.
Process Support
net4com employees use a custom-designed web UI to approve the pre-formulated emails, which offers the following benefits:

Edits to emails, prices, quantities, and verification statuses.

All intermediate steps are documented.

Status saving and collaborative work are possible (for instance, some items in an RFQ can be pre-approved while others are edited later by another user).
