Recently, the GPT Store has emerged, often referred to as the App Store moment for Open AI and ChatGPT.

To provide companies with insights into how our agents work, we at Digitalsunray are releasing a cross-section of our agents as GPTs for experimentation.

So, we are thrilled to announce the release of our brand-new Gender Agent in the GPT Store! 🚀

Multi-Agent as a Single Agent

The Gender Agent, a collection of agents from our multi-agent system, is now available as a single agent.

Adapting it for OpenAI's GPT Store was an exciting challenge. We started with the "Gender Agent Merged" version, attempting to combine multiple functionalities of our sunrAI Gender Agents into a single GPT agent, as the functionality in sunrAI is distributed across different agents. Our goal was to create a versatile agent offering 7 different gender methods, providing suggestions, feedback, and swiftly switching between modes.

Our SunrAI Testing Agents, specialized in evaluating the performance of other agents, were deployed. They consist of a group of prompters and another group that assesses the performance. The results?

The Limits of GPTs

Well, our ambitious Gender Agent Merged version achieved an average score of 6.5/10. Despite the impressive capabilities of GPT-4, gender quality was not always consistent – a typical sign of the limitations of a single LLM agent in multitasking scenarios.

Therefore, we opted for simplification. The Gender Agent Simple focused on a basic gender method and omitted dialogue and feedback features. The result? An impressive average rating of 9.9/10 in testing!

After some adjustments, we proudly present the final version of our Single Gender Agent. This version intelligently selects the gender method (preferring gender-neutral terms and using duplications only where necessary) and supports multilingual dialogues. This makes it easy for English speakers to gender a German text.

In the SunrAI test, this GPT agent achieved an impressive average score of 9.7/10 with the GPT-4 model.
