Digitalsunray offers turnkey solutions as a full service agency. This also convinced 2020 the AK Vienna and so the portal for the L14 AK Education and Vocational Information Fair for Young People was created.
For many years, the AK Vienna has been organizing the L14 together with the Vienna Education Authority. A fair for young people to get an answer to the question "Where to with 14?". Do I go to school? Is an apprenticeship the right thing? What interests me? What options do I have? All this should be addressed at this fair.
Covid-19 has also cast its shadows here. And so the AK Vienna decided to move the fair into the digital space. Digitalsunray has developed a concept that fits the target group and offers the AK Vienna a framework to present all relevant information about the topic of training and employment.
The digital L14 city offers information on training paths, personal strengths and career perspectives in different districts. In addition to exhibitors, information videos and a route planner based on the interests of the students, there is also
At first, the task was to bring a well established and tested exhibition into the virtual space. The teachers and supervisors of the exhibition already knew the process from previous years. Now it was time to excite all stakeholders for the new digital exhibition format.
Our design team therefore created an environment that is familiar to many young people. A virtual city. This concept fits very well with the urban lifestyle of young people and gives AK Wien the opportunity to group content according to topics. In every district of the city there are buildings that serve as virtual stands for exhibitors and information videos. Based on their interests the route planner leads the young users through the city. The integration of a chat service rounds off the virtual experience and with a bookmark feature where one can remember individual blocks of text or videos, relevant information is kept after the exhibition.
The highlights of the virtual city were prepared in a crisp way by our designers in an animated explainer video and gave a preview of the digital exhibition portal.
The implementation of a CMS specifically adapted for the virtual exhibition enabled the AK Wien content managers to enter all information themselves and manage and support the entire process of class and student registration. This way, an environment was created that addressed all stakeholders in an optimal way.

The frontend was developed by our developers in Angular and is based on a state-of-the-art software architecture. The backend and CMS were developed in Symfony, an open source PHP framework, providing a very robust, flexible and extensible base.

PROJECT INQUIRYA Social Intranet for the Enterprise Group
Zöchling is a group of companies with a diverse range of business focuses. More than 450 people - with and without stationary PCs - need
to be supported in their daily work and provided with information. The information transfer should be achieved through an intranet solution as a knowledge storage facility.
Classic intranet solutions usually have the same problem. Information cemeteries are created that are filled once but are very difficult to maintain. The use is then limited to the PDF organizational chart and department profiles. There is no process or communication support.
Digitalsunray already has experience with the introduction of Web 2.0 concepts for internal organizational communication and has developed a concept for Zöchling that uses the advantages of these approaches for the company.
The social intranet is based on the HumHub platform and was specially adapted for the Zöchling group of companies. This solution is intended to improve communication and knowledge exchange within the company.
The goal is to create a central platform where employees can share information, discuss and collaborate. This is intended to avoid the problem of information graveyards. A place of communication for all employees. Moving away from a pure information push concept to an information pull approach. This makes the use and maintenance of the intranet easier.
We adapted the open source social intranet platform to the needs of the Zöchling group of companies and developed independent modules with our development team in order to elegantly digitize certain processes. Because the requirements across individual companies are broad. The distribution of information and knowledge transfer is at the heart of this, which is open to all employees and thus enables a new type of collaboration.

The target group of the WU Executive is educated, open for new things and above all digital and mobile affine.
Digitalsunray was commissioned to target the website of this exceptional educational institution (# 45 worldwide / # 4 DACH region *) for this target group, to design a fresh design approach and to fully exploit the potential - a solid brand and strong imagery.

After intensive analysis, Digitalunray has shown ways in the design process how a Mobile First approach works. We accompanied the internal discussion process in order to strengthen the acceptance of the new concept in the organization. In the implementation of the HTML templates and in the quality assurance of the functional requirements, we have made our contribution to the successful launch of the new website.
The new digital design of the WU Executive Academy was the basis for the digital advertising development, which is also constantly being implemented by Digitalsunray.
The result is a flexible mobile-first approach that provides a reliable framework for the user experience with recurring design elements. With a fresh concept for the information needs of the users, but also for the communication needs of the WU Executive Academy, this project was successfully implemented.

Entering a hyper-local and competitive market is a challenge for everyone. Exactly for this reason KIBOX turned to us. It's not just about entering the market, but also designing and developing a new platform, as well as marketing a new service that takes the simplicity and convenience of storage to a new level.
After intensive analysis of the market and the business model, Digitalsunray presented the customer KIBOX with a meaningful corporate identity, as well as a concept for a platform that leads users with a few clicks into a life full of space and freedom. In order to fulfill the customer's requirements as well as possible, we accompanied the internal discussion process and actively participated. With a great deal of attention to the Mobile First approach, which has accompanied us for more than 10 years, a platform has been developed that gives the customer flexibility in design. The recurring design elements also provide a reliable framework for user experience.
To market the brand introduction and the new modern platform, Digitalsunray has considered a 360 ° marketing concept to generate maximum attention, visibility and, above all, recognition value.
The conclusion we can draw is that the new KIBOX platform has been positively accepted by the market. By analyzing user behavior, we were able to further optimize the website and guide the project into operative operation.
Thanks to the 360 ° marketing concept, several thousand people became aware of the new platform within a very short time. Through analysis and optimization, KIBOX now knows more than ever which customers need their new service.

The KIBOX logo, a mix of box and shelf, perfectly reflects the storage theme. Green stands for the sustainability of the KIBOX idea. Completely in the sun of the claim created by us: What you do not need at the moment is STORED WELL with us.

Broad communication was the keyword. With animated city lights and information screens in the Vienna subways, we were able to quickly tell the story of KIBOX and reach potential customers. In parallel, we advertised on social media and google.

On the way through parts of Vienna and Lower Austria was this eye-catching Badnerbahn. Playful yet clear, we brought the storage message to the KIBOX catchment area. Buses also got a happy green KIBOX tail.

The special KIBOX service of picking up and delivering items and boxes to the customer at home also has an advantage in terms of communication: the delivery vans carry the eye-catching KIBOX design.
We think about all aspects of user experience. That's why it was important for us to design the new KIBOX platform so that potential customers had the best possible experience across all devices.
To provide customers with a holistic solution, Digitalsunray has also taken on the challenge of marketing. Thanks to many years of experience in digital marketing, we quickly realized how we had to promote the KIBOX brand online. To promote the new approach to storage and the business, we've created meaningful display campaigns and supported them with animated videos. Through specific storytelling, the online campaign was perfectly rounded off.
